Privacy
Your family’s records.
This page explains the app’s storage and sharing implementation. The existing Milksy privacy policy, linked from the App Store, remains the published policy for the application.
Records on your device
Milksy stores baby activity locally using Apple’s SwiftData framework. Logging saves an entry on the device; synchronization is handled separately. The app also supports exporting and restoring backup files.
Family sharing through iCloud
Family sharing uses Apple CloudKit. The family owner creates a private invitation, and an invited partner can join the shared household. Both parents need iCloud for sharing.
The current shared records include household and baby information, feeds, diapers, sleep, pumping, and medication or vitamin entries. Shared activity is uploaded to and retrieved from CloudKit so it can appear on participating devices.
This website
This website does not include analytics scripts, advertising scripts, tracking pixels or cookies set by its own code. Your hosting provider may process request information, such as IP addresses and access logs, according to its own settings and policies.
Following an App Store link or the published policy link takes you to a separate service with its own practices.
The published application policy
Read the existing Milksy privacy policy on Appland for the application’s published terms. This website does not replace or rewrite those terms.
